Shared Living Staff offer in-home personalized support services for individuals with Developmental Disabilities or Mental Health challenges, fostering independence in a shared residential setting. Key responsibilities include providing personal care (hygiene), medication management, daily living assistance (cooking, housekeeping), transportation, community integration, and maintaining detail documentation according to the individual’s care plan.
Shared Living Staff receive tax free compensation (stipend), in some cases free room and board.

- Must be 18 years old or older.
- A strong communicator
- Have patience and empathy
- Have the ability to work independently
- Ability to interact affectively with individuals, families, and team members
Compensation: $29,500.00 - $63,000.00 per year
